The Hunt Is (Was) On

That Easter Bunny is one sly guy, and he certainly did find us this year. Several times, actually. I think Myelle and Elizabeth enjoyed Easter more this year than they ever have. Though Myelle does seem to have some slight confusion about Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny and Jesus. First, she thought that Santa brought the Easter baskets. Then, once she realized the Easter Bunny actually brought her presents, she figured that Jesus must have told him what to bring her.

Here are Jack and Papa contemplating the goodies they hope to get.

The pictures above and below are of the Easter egg hunt at Mimi and Papa's house, the Saturday before Easter. Those girls are some competitive, egg-huntin fools.

While the girls were arguing a bit over who got what egg, Jack was thrilled to have just one egg of his own.

Miles (pictured with girlfriend Kelsey) has a new bunny who seemed to fit right in to the Easter celebration.

Luckily the snow melted by mid-morning and Myelle was able to hunt for eggs yet again.

A side note. If you look at the following post (Dino Crazy) our kids are wearing the same clothes as they were at Mimi & Papa's. We do dress have more than one outfit per kid...the museum was the morning before our Easter celebration at Mimi & Papa's.
