Our Swell Trip to the Swell
We've been dying to get to the desert, and we finally did the first weekend in May. Our last camping trip with Myelle (to the Tetons in July 2007) was an absolute disaster that scarred us until just recently. Luckily, Myelle loves camping just as much as we do. Here are some pix from our (mostly) rejuvenating weekend away. We hiked Little Wild Horse Canyon, played in the San Rafael River, and drove over 100 miles of dirt road. Sage joined us, but Nellie is still recovering from her knee surgery. We expect she'll join us on our next outting.

claude-my sister, emily, just got back from spring summit in moab with scott wood! these pictures remind me of hers. what a fun trip. and yes, i love the teal minu-van in the background. i didn't know you drove a mini-van! aren't they great?
