Monster Cirkus

On a whim Claudia decided to get out of dodge and go see Maggie in northern CA. Leaving Myelle and I to fend for ourselves. And I must say, we were quite successful, even if I ran our little girl until she had nothing left.

Our Saturday morning started with an early morning trip to the airport...and a potty stop in the airport because dad (being half asleep) forgot to make sure Myelle went before we left the house. Thank goodness she has a bladder of steel!! We then proceeded to the grocery to start our daddy/daughter weekend out right, DOKIES!! "Brown dokies" to be exact, with "sparkles on top". After a morning of cleaning and playing we met up with Amy, Casey and Elizabeth downtown to take in a little event called the Monster Cirkus. Where we witnessed snowboarding, skateboarding, and plenty of loud music! The girls enjoyed the snowboarding and skateboarding but the big hit was the inflatable trampoline.

We rounded the day out with dinner at Mimi & Papa's, which for two girls who hadn't slept more than 20 minutes combine, was the last straw. I have never seen Myelle so tired. It was well worth it...and I think Myelle would agree. Sunday was spent recovering....
